Twitter can help solve a crime

I recently found this clip, which I believe is from CSI, that brought to my attention how useful the new social media can be to solve crime cases.

Every day thousands of people around the world choose to make public their private life, trough blogs, twits, etc. Imagine how useful can all this information be to help solve a case, but imagine also how dangerous this can be.

Who knows how to use this Web 2.0 tools can make fool of the police, maybe creating false traces to deviate and confuse the police.

It is indeed a new possibility that brings, as always, good news and bab news…
